6. Try-On & Fit Appointments (Posted Try-On Dresses)

Booking a try-on dress fitting is recommended to ensure you receive the perfect fit. Try-on dresses can be posted out to you, scheduled to arrive the day before your event.

• Dresses are typically dispatched 1–2 days before your event date to ensure timely arrival.

• You will receive a tracking number via email once your dress has been shipped.

• The dress must be returned by 1pm the day after your event.

• Return postage is at your cost, and a prepaid postage bag will be supplied.

• A photo of the postage receipt or drop-off confirmation must be sent to us as proof of return.

• Late returns may incur additional fees.
